Eastside Tsunami Rugby formed in 2007. Since 2007 Eastside Tsunami has grown in strength and numbers. Eastside Tsunami Rugby is dedicated to growing the rugby community, teaching young players the game and helping club members become strong and participatory community members.
In 2019 the Eastside Tsunami high school teams merged with several of the Eastside Youth Rugby teams under one umbrella to form Eastside Tsunami Youth Rugby Club. The Eastside Tsunami merger has allowed all teams to benefit from a deep talent pool of coaches with a diversity of coaching styles and skill sets, providing an outstanding experience for players and families involved in the Eastside Tsunami community. Eastside Tsunami Rugby currently fields teams for boys and girls from grades 3-12.
